Distribution of C-Terminal anti-ERa

Distribution of C-Terminal anti-ERa (SRA-1000) in septal artery endothelia.

(a) Deconvolved image of SRA-1000 in a single endothelial cell.
(b) Superimposed image of the nuclear shell and SRA-1000 bisected in XY. ERa in green, nuclear stain (DAPI) in blue, and colocalised voxels in white.
(c) Superimposed image of the nuclear shell and SRA-1000 rotated 90° about the Y-axis.

Note that the majority (85%) of the receptors are located outside the nucleus unlike the N-terminus antibody.
