Postdoctoral Fellows: I currently have a position available in my lab for a postdoctoral researcher interested in the molecular evolution of ion channels. Experience in cloning genes from lower vertebrates or invertebrates, and phylogenetic analyses is preferred, as is a strong background in math and computer science would be an asset. More important are curiosity and passion about molecular evolution,and a talent for independent research, supported by a strong record of publication.
